    Thumbs up horseback riding

I had a terrible accident on horseback, but I'm doing better now.
I just ask that u all pray for & with me. I decided to go horseback riding, which I haven't done in years.
Well, I got on the horse and started out slow and then we were going a little bit faster and then before you know it, we were going as fast as the horse would go. All of a sudden, I fell off and caught my foot in the stirrup. The horse was dragging me around in a circle. I
f it wasn't for the quick thinking of the person I owe my life to, I probably wouldn't have made it.
Thank goodness for the store manager who came out and unplugged the machine!!

The horseback riding ranches in Aruba are more fun than the motorized ponies in from of Woolworths

    Give it a try.
Ride early in the day and the private ride option is the BEST!

I have promised myself to go horse riding for years in Aruba ,we even went to all the riding stables to see which was best .Also I took my riding jodhpurs over 2 years ago ,they are still locked in our own cupboard at the house ..
So far the nearest I've been is the Aruba Pasafino Horse show which was really good ..Horses from Argentina Venezuela ,ect it was so well supported by the locals ..Buzzing..A Good night out getting home was a nightmare !
The reason I would like to ride on the other side of the island to see everything close up.
i have not ridden for years now as I am disabled , but a nice plod around would be Wonderfull .See some things that we keep promising to look at .An early Morning start would be a nice way to start the day .Bet I come back not having done it again !!!.

    DO IT Glynis.
No matter the disability... find a way to do it.

The paso has a nice smooth trot.
No bounce...it is like sitting in a lazy boy chair and having wind in your face.

Aruba has some mighty fine ranches ....and as i said in the prior posting....ride early in the day when it is not so hot and the horses are rested.

    you dont need jodphurs.......jeans ok.

My heart dropped when I read this until I figured out it was a joke, I had to read it more than once though. Must be late, time for bed.

This isn't April, but I was still a fool.

Aruba might be my first horseback experience, looking forward to it!

You had me, too! A co-worker is a horsewoman, and she just broke her leg in a freak accident.
