    Nighttime activities at your resort

What do you like to do after dinner at your resort?

Does your resort have a casino or other entertainment?

After the wine runs out at our resort, we head to bed

Unless there's a floor show... then we'll stay up until the flamenco dancers leave.

We typically hang around the lobby bar of the Ritz and drink, chat and relax until its time for me to tuck the family into bed and go out gambling.

paul and i usually go out to dinner at around 6.
and then head to a casino.

    or

if we do not go out to dinner and eat in instead we do not head to a casino til after 9.

if we are at the lacabana, we often times will have a drink at the pool bar and just do a lot of nothing.

There is usually something to do - Casino, walking the beach, hanging out at Pata Pata, movie night by the pool, game night either around the pool or in our rooms, vendor night, life size chess games on the pool deck

We will do anything BUT a casino. LOL!! Our resort is quiet at night (which we love) but they do have a late night happy hour which is always fun. Other than that, dinner for us is always late (8:30 - 9ish) and then we go out for live music, hang out with our Dutch and Aruban friends/socialize, maybe dessert and nightcap somewhere....really depends on what's going on. On weekends we will sometimes go to local friends' houses for dinner since a few like to throw dinner parties on their patio. I guess, for us, it's mainly about socializing with friends who we only get to see a couple of times a year.

Our resort does a movie night once a week on the beach and we do go that on occasion (depends on the movie.)

The one thing I did not mention in my first post is we often dine outside at Solanio so we can listen to the wonderful live music. Our routine will change over the next 3 trips as none of them are at the Ritz with the exception of our 1st 2 nights next week. That said, we will probably just cab it to the Ritz most evenings and it will be like we are staying there, minus the large bill, lol.
