For those looking for a new romantic sunset dining options, I recommend following this change if location for Amuse Bistro. We really enjoyed our meal and the red wine ice cream for dessert.
I think a water front location is going to add to the overall experience. We had great service and a pleasant after dinner chat with the bartender.

We love the food at Amuse but HATED the location. It sits right next to the Playa Linda driveway so at night (depending on your table) you may have car headlights in your face about every 10 minutes or so. For us the location was very unappealing so we never went back.

My first reaction was, wow, that seems like a risky move. Possibly, since they have an established reputation, people will follow them and be impressed with the new location. Hope it works out!

I remember you telling me that about Amuse. Although the menu looked good, we never tried it for that reason. I'd be willing to drive out to the new location, I don't think there is much of a chance of headlights in your eyes there.

We would definitely go to the new location. Went to Arubaville a couple of times (and before that Marandi) and it's a great spot and really not that far (not as far as Flying Fishbone anyway.)

I'd agree about the location comments. Nice table settings with the asphalt driveway background just didn't give them the ambience the restaurant deserved. Act1966 had an issue with the headlights too. We dine early so it wasn't really an issue, but the side walk was right there too so some tables people would walk by and stare at your food, a little too close for comfort. I'm excited for them and really hope they get a good following.

We like the location so we'll probably give it a try. I know Arubaville had an issue with the flies. Hopefully it doesn't put a damper on Amuse.

I remember that about the sidewalk....we had both the headlights and the people walking by staring at my dinner. Not what I would call a great setting. LOL!
