I would be surprised if there were any buffets open. The Divi AI’s Pelican restaurant which was the buffet is now a live cooking concept. Chefs cook to order at various stations.

    good question.

when we cruised last March (we were the last cruise out b4 the shutdown) the buffets were open but we were served.
all passenger's hands were sprayed with hand sanitizer prior to getting in the line.

maybe the AI Aruba buffets are doing something similar ?

We were in September and Buffets were closed. Barcelo. Only restaurants were open and serving the food.
I was curious if changed now since we are planning March trip?!

We were there right after Thanksgiving. Moomba had their breakfast buffet, with masked and gloved servers putting the food on your plate you requested. You could stop at the omelet station and request your made to order eggs/omelets. Most customers were well distanced. Not sure about anywhere else.

    Aquarius in the Renaissance Mall
is serving as All you can eat buffet at night.
you are pointing what food you would like and ladies are placing food on the plate. As for seafood station, they providing some menu and you allowed to make up to 3 selection at one time. But can repeat as many times as you want. Same with other items in buffet.
