We went by there last trip a couple of times. The signage was confusing and we couldn't tell if it was open or closed. Never stopped in.

That is a bummer! We went on our last trip and the view was amazing!! However, I will say: we were basically the only people there. There was one other table of people, but they seemed to be either family of or close friends of the others working there.
What a beautiful residence that will make for someone!!!

Back in December we looked at their hours that they were open, went by and they were closed.
Same thing for a couple of other places. We figured it was because of private parties. ( as was the case at Terrazza Italiana and Pikas.)

I forgot to add that their ceviche was some of the best on the island! I am really gonna miss that.
