    Fine Dining.....NOT :) Wendy's

I was up and around today a bit and was able to hold down some chicken noodle soup ($5 a can at the trop mini mart)
So at 6 pm paul said...where do you want to go for dinner?
I said that all i thought i could handle was a baked potato.
Off to Wendys he went and bought back a potato loaded with cheese and broccoli.....I almost hurled looking at it.
So we BOTH went, and i got a baked potato with butter and he ate his burger and fries.
    His stomach is good.
    I think i am at about 60%.

    Wendy's has good baked potatoes

Might not be fine dining, but at least it's dining. Glad you both are feeling better.

It is not fine dining but if it tasted pretty good it was worth a try.

Any dinning on Aruba is considered fine in my opinion. Missed eating at Wendy's on my last trip, the daughters of my friend from Aruba wanted to have lunch at McDonald's because they serve breakfast all day. Since my first visit eating there once during the course of my visit has been something of a tradition.

Guilty also. This year after driving around the Island it was to late for lunch and to early for dinner, so a quick Wendy's just to tide us over.

For some reason the best Wendy's Burgers that I have had in a long time came from the Wendy's by the roundabout to Palm Beach on Aruba, and the Airport Wendy's at Hato International Airport on Curacao. I've found that whenever I use Papaimento while ordering I manage to get some extra fries with my order, if I order a medium fries they cram more fries into it.
