    Flying Fishbone?

    Good evening!

I am finally returning to Aruba after four years. I am bringing four friends with me from Wichita who have never been to Aruba. They want to have a nice restaurant meal on the beach. They’ve talked about going to flying fishbone, but I would like to gather other suggestions from the group. Thanks as always for your suggestions and feedback and reviews!

    Thanks! Chris from Wichita!

flying fishbone has always been a great spot.

if you do not have a car and will be cabbing it.....it'll be costly. (see the getting around aruba category and the first sticky thread is taxi fares)

other great on the water choices for great dining experiences.............Barefoot, Marina Pirata, Ricardos

welcome back to aruba............you WILL notice some changes.

You can never go wrong with Flying Fishbone. The "in the water" tables are very fun - but there are only a limited number of them so you need to reserve in advance if you want one. You can visit their webpage for information on how to submit a request for a reservation (and you can add notes to request a water table - you need to request 5:30pm seating for water tables, with advance reservations).
Passions (on Eagle Beach) and Barefoot (on Surfside beach) are also excellent choices for dining on the beach.

I'll create a thread and let folks post what they see as changes over the last few years.

I would plan on at least $150+.
We have not dined there in over 20 years.
Then, it was 4 of us.....Paul, Murray, Sherry and I.
The bill was over $350 with only 1 drink each and I remember we waited so long for dessert and dessert never came.
Toes in the water.........crabs biting me.

....you could add Pincho's and Elements to your considerations.
