Dear Guests!
After 5 1/2 years of working together with great pleasure, Tom and I would like to inform you that Fred Restaurant will have a new owner as of November 26th. We therefore would like to thank all of our guests who have visited us in those 5 1/2 years for the trust they have placed in us!
For now we will be going our separate ways, what direction we are headed is unknown at the moment.
We hope to see you all again in a new adventure, somewhere, somehow!

Wonder what Fred's next adventure will be? I never made it to the new place, but I sure enjoyed the meals he prepared when at Two Fools and a Bull. He's extremely talented.
