As best as I can tell, this is a celebration of the opening of herring season. Cafe the Plaza will have a fish cart selling herring. There will also be a Balashi beer stand. Starts at 6:00 pm. So for some, such as myself, this would be a Yuk, for others who love herring it could be a Yum!
