Usually Red Snapper or Salmon and preferably grilled, no fried too. Oh, and not a fan of whole either.

Also have trout and mackerel on occasion.

I like my fish grilled, especially Flounder, Grouper and Barracuda. But my guilty pleasure is deep fried catfish. When I was younger, after church our family would go to a catfish farm in the mountains of North Carolina that had a small restaurant. The catfish was fried and served whole ala Andrea's picture of the Red Snapper. I remember my grandmother taking a napkin and covering the fishes head. Said she loved the meal, but couldn't stand the catfish staring at her while she ate.

Yep, I would have to agree the whole fish on a plate does not look good at all to me.

I’m not a big fish lover and definitely can’t deal with the whole fish presentation. Occasionally I will have fried haddock and I did enjoy the Parmesan grouper at Barney’s when it was open. I’m much more apt to order shellfish.

Grilled or pan fried are my favs. Any white fish. I'm not a fan of "fishy" tasting fish. And honestly I've never been a salmon fan. May be veering a bit off topic here but what does barracuda taste like?
