    McDonald's Seroe Blanco - November 2016

    Yes, this is happening...

No valet parking?!? What kind of fresh hell is this?!?

I would characterize the ambiance as "plastic insane asylum".

    Self-serve.

I ordered something called "The McNifica" while The Spouse opted for the only-in-Aruba-McDonalds-Seroe-Blanco-location chicken wings. Not for you, Palm Beach McDonald's!! Both patrons opted for the "Combo Meal".

Mine was like a ball of grease that enveloped my stomach like a vicious horseman of the apocalypse. And I'm including the salad in that. Thousand Island of Heart Attacks dressing.

The "frites" were the highlight - carefully deep fried with the secret ingredient: minimum wage with just a hint of employee bitterness. The Spouse looked away nervously when I said, loudly, "When will McDonald's FINALLY be awarded a Michelin star?!?"

The bathrooms were technically clean but still had that undercurrent of "somebody mopped up after the homicide detectives left the scene".

    We passed on dessert.

Hard to believe that 'gentlemen of distinction' would partake of such a pedestrian culinary adventure while on holiday in a land that has soooooo many other dining options....! Thanks for the review... it's now on my..'why would I do that' list.....!

I have found that "frites" are pretty well made at most establishments on the island. And yes, you can definitely screw them up. Thanks for yet another stellar review!
