I saw this on FB. Asi es Mi Peru has a food truck. I wonder if this is what she was talking about.

this is a new vendor.

I do not know if the old food truck vendor is now defunct, and also where the original truck is now located.
BradyBear also said steak and lasagna were on the menu too.

Yes there is 2 food trucks. One on the eagle beach and the other next door to lacabana
As we drove around we noticed quite a few food trucks
