This stuff makes Tabasco seem like apple juice.
I have not had it in many years. I bought some today for son and I believe that he will love it.

The papaya hot sauce is our favorite. We brought home 2 one liter bottles to last till next trip. It's good and it's hot. We put that shtuff on everything!

That papaya sauce has a real bite to it! I’m not a big fan of papaya so I was on the fence about it. I did like it with coconut shrimp though.

I buy the Madam Jeanette one they make and use it in chili and keshi yena. You only need a very small amount to add a huge kick to any dish.
