Restaurants that won't break the bank

I think everyone listed great options. I try to mix and match mid price to little more pricey. In the old days when I did not have much money, I'm talking about 25 years ago, I would start with a take out Pizza or Pizza Bob to save money or I would get a dinner plate from Super Foods or Lings, eat a burger at the Alhambra Casino rest which was cheap etc.

Now a days, I go to Bavaria where the entries are like $20 to $25 or as someone mentioned Bingo which gives you the choice of a small or large item at a reasonable price.

Hyro did a video last year about eating in Aruba without breaking the bank. I think he started off at that cafe next to superfoods and a local place that you buy food by the pound which was a buffet.

My favorite is Sultans. The lamb plater or wrap is the best. Put garlic sauce and alittle hot sauce on. The wrap is in with lettuce, tomatoes and some other stuff. But we share a lamb platter for 2. They always say mix platter, but we tell them we only want the lamb. Then you get the humus, rice and other things to put in your wrap. I could eat there 7 days a week.

We were pleasantly surprised at Sultan. The Doner chicken is delicious.

I have eaten at Pika's and Delimar and both are great in terms of food and pricing. In fact, I already have them on my list for our return in the fall.

I believe that the restaurant that sells food by weight is called The Kitchen. We've eaten there a couple of times.

I have to try that Sultan that Walt always mentions and now Kent. I love mid eastern food. Love Hummus, Falafel,babganous and yes lamb lamb. Gotta find a platter that brings a little of everything. At that new outside eatery bochincha yard they had a stand for mideastern food by recently when I looked at the menu it was not listed. I was going to go there for the mideastern food but I guess not.
