Senses at Bucuti and Tara - January 2018

This was their fourth night of business and they showed a lot of promise... the choreography needs a little work but the food was tremendous, innovative and delicious. The wine pairing was top-notch. A fantastic evening and they have the potential to be one of the island's best restaurants.

Kelt and Bas have something special on their hands. We'll be going back next trip to see how things are shaping up.

It was a pretty over-the-top good time... wine brings out the loudness in everyone... okay: me.

We ate there on their opening night on the 4th of January (and ran into friends from the island - added bonus) and loved it! Very fun evening with amazing food!

Question; does everyone at the table have to do the wine pairing or can just one person order it? I would like a wine pairing but Tom doesn’t drink.

At this point and time (at least on opening night) everyone had to do the wine pairing - there were no options for other alcohol or just one glass of wine, etc. I am sure this will eventually change though. But if someone doesn't drink, I would think you could "opt out" as long as you let them know in advance.
