    ...we were one and done with them.... but I hate to see any restaurant fail.

    Taste of Belgium was a restaurant we liked. They offered a great special menu from 5-7. Sadly over the last at least 18 months in our opinion the restaurant went down hill and we stopped going a year ago.

    we are agreed with you. Used to have wonderful dinners at Taste of Belgium, but I will say in the past 2 years it went downhill.
    still very sad to see business closing. Seems like the Palm Beach mall not the lucky place to be. Many business did not last long on this mall

    So sad to hear this but sadder still that is the first of perhaps many. I've never been to TofB but Papillon is a real favorite and I've always thought underrated. If it is the same owner, I hope it will survive.

    ...and sadly, a lot won't. 25% or 50% capacity just won't cut it for a lot of places. That just won't cover the expenses. You can control product costs and labor costs to a degree..... but fixed costs generally require filling most of the seats that a restaurant was built for.
