    What Happened at Rum Reef?

I saw in the arubaonline.news today that there is a "new" restaurant in the location where the Rum Reef was, named Lago Colony. The pictures show the original restaurant/bar and not the new addition? Anyone know what took place?

    Yes
They moved to the other side (pool side)
Lago Colony Baby Beach Restaurant is in the space where Rum Reef used to be.

It’ll be interesting to see how they differentiate themselves.

Thanks Just checked it out online. They advertise "cheapest beer" around, only $3.00 with $2.50 beer specials. Also fresh daily caught fish. Good luck to them. The few times we were at the Rum reef, we were only people there. If you google "The Lago Colony Beach Club" the site has a 50% off main courses after 3 pm until Dec. 31, 2019. This might be a better choice then eating at Baby Beach since it is right next door.
