    We had it once at Screaming Eagle but it was a special that night. We've also had it a few times at Nos Clubhuis - they tend to have it fairly often. It's very good!

    I like just about any fish except salmon. I always enjoy the grouper at Barney's and Pelican Nest, but I'm really hoping to get Lion Fish this coming trip.

    Nos Clubhuis had it available in March, serving it whole, so I passed. One of these trips we'd like to catch the Lion Fish Festival. Couldn't get tickets last year, as they were sold out.
