I would opt for Quinta Del Carmen, or Old Man and the Sea. Two different kinds of ambiance

Last year, we were at Windows on Aruba for Valentines Day. I had forgotten that.

I find $ 145 plus 15% service charge kind of steep for a three course dinner for two.
