Cp, I sent those Aruba etiquette rules from the link here to my family members. They all got a kick out of the 1st rule dealing with Nude sun bathing. This is what my SIL found and responded to our family with. So does Manchebo Beach have a nude beach Area?
According to the rules regarding nude sun bathing this is permitted on Private Beaches, so the rules in thies e-mail aren't entirely true.
Topless in Aruba is not illegal, there is no specific law against it, but it's not permitted on public beaches. There are two private beaches where this is allowed, namely on Renaissance island & De Palm island. Manchebo Beach Resort and Bucuti BeachResort cater to Europeans.
