    Hi Everyone!

I just arrived in aruba with my boyfriend and it’s our first time. Any suggestions on excursions/activities we must try?

Welcome. I hope you have a great trip. As a 1st timer I would be interested in an ATV or UTV tour, sunset cruise, if you like to party go on the Jolly Pirate cruise. Rent a jeep and explore on your own. Go see all the different beaches if you have a car. Drinks and maybe dinner at Bugaloe on the pier they have great bands several days a week- check out their current schedule. I would look into Barefoot for a nice dinner outside. If you like great Italian Casa Nonna at the Ritz is incredible.

Welcome to Aruba and the forum. You are going to love the island. If you like a laid back snorkeling (not crowded) the sunset cruise on the Black Pearl is really enjoyable. The seating are more lounge type seating and spaced apart.

Can you rent a UTV and explore on your own, or are they all part of a tour?

yes one can rent UTVs, but must be careful as there are some very strict rules re: protection of the flora/fauna

Beach time, beach time, beach time......

If you enjoy snorkeling, I strongly recommend calling Snorkel Bob's for a snorkeling tour out of Mango Halto. They supply everything--wet suits, fins, goggles and power propulsion units.

Enjoy your time on the Happy Island!
