Happy birthday! That lobster looks amazing. I’ve gotta get to Chalet Suisse...is that one near Paradise Beach villas?

Happy Birthday!!!! Sounds like you had a pretty good birthday! I can't think of a better way to spend it. Well, maybe with a win at the casino!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes! One of the things I love about trip reports is anything on restaurant or food reviews. Likewise I like to write about it and take photos. That lobster thermedore at Chalet hit a home run and while $45 the portion size was big. TOF has on their menu lobster extravagant which I've read great reviews. Similar to Chalet except with melted mozzarella on it. Price $48 at the moment and the most expensive item on menu. Next trip I will try it. Last trip I had a lobster Mac dish at Pure Ocean at Aruba Phoenix. The dish included shrimp, crab meat, scallops and lobster. I think it was like $29 and well worth it. An overlooked rest. Al Fresco dinning, beautiful sunset, a cover to control the wind and no problems with insects. They also offer dishes like seared scallops with rissotto, tomahawk pork chops and steaks. Don't get the grouper. I asked if it was real, fresh grouper and the waiter smiled and giggled. I said you answered with your body language. He said, I didn't say anything and then recommended lobster mac..

it is unfortunate that the wait staff in that restaurant and many others are not allowed to speak the truth about the grouper/nongrouper.

Happy Birthday Ace! Floating around, imbibing a few tropical cocktails, wine tasting and lobster! Sound pretty darn perfect to me!
