    Not boring, relaxing.

Mattress-I was told to buy a mattress that is a brick with a pillow top-firm but comfy-that's what we have at home. We have new mattress in Aruba and I used the same principle but it is a hybrid mattress and it is wonderful. Also, I was told years ago that they make many of the same mattress, but give it different names for different stores and markets.

thanks Edgar!! glad that all is well and that you are getting some good sleep.

we like our sleep # mattress.
    I am a 55 and he is an 80.

as one that teaches many water exercise classes a week, I was highly Unimpressed with the water aerobics person there now.
he does a poor job imo.
keep on walking in the water....that is the best thing that you can do.

we'll look for you on Friday!
THINK.. is it Thoughtful? Helpful? Inspirational? Necessary? Kind? sidtm

    Day 4 Tuesday

Yesterday was a very active day for me physically. I was at beach at 9am and scored a front row palapa. I sipped a glass of wine which took effect fast. I did not have breakfast so the wine was breakfast hahaha. It rained, poured on and off with a lot of wind. No worries buzzed and relaxed under palapa. After an hour I decided to hit the beach. I joked with the sports desk guy to throw me a rope to get out of beach when I get out of the water. He laughed. I explained my hip issues and he said no worries if you need help wave to me and I will help you. I spent 45 minutes in the water and it rained hard for 15 minutes with wind. I did not care! I was enjoying Eagle Beach. The sports guy went in the water later and asked if everything was ok. I said yes thx. I was able to get out of water on my own pain free which Surprised me.

After 2 hours at the beach, I went to the pool. I was feeling invinceable. I went on the water slide and boy that was a mistake. I hit the bottom of pool hard and my hips felt it. Very painful. Still I did my water walking, swam a lot, went into jaccuzi. Around noon I ate lunch at pool bar. I had a nice turkey club sandwich and 4 drinks of the day. Hung out for an hour and then back to pool and jaccuzi.

I was back in room by 245pm, took my nap from 315 to 515. Dinner was at Terrazza Italiana at 6pm. Great view, food, had entertainment and wonderful host Mima. I walked there and back but today I'm paying the price. I could barely walk this morning from room to islanders grill for breakfast this morning. I took my prescribed NSAID so no drinking today. I will go to pool in a little while and hit jaccuzzi. Hopefully I will get better or maybe I will go for a deep tissue massage...
