    Aruba Trip #19 - March 19th-April 7th

This is trip #19 for us. I hope I don't bore anyone.

    Travel Day

Our son drove us to the airport and our flight left from Detroit right on time. We flew American this time, but I think I like Delta better. We arrived in Aruba a little late and by the time we got our luggage, activated our phone, stopped at the store and checked in at MVC it was 5:00. We had drinks with our friends, who were kind enough to pick us up at the airport. We walked down to the beach and then back in our room. I'm hoping I'll feel better this trip. My back has been bad and I have severe arthritis, but I got an epidural last week, so please keep your fingers crossed for me. I also hope the warm weather helps too.
It is good to be back at MVC, such a cute and cozy place.

hope that your back loosens up and gives you a much needed break!

will you be at MVC during your entire stay?

you will never bore anyone with Aruba stories.

Thanks for the good wishes on my back. We will be at MVC til Sunday, then a week at Paradise Beach Villas and another week at Marriott Ocean Club. Truth be told, I love MVC the best! It's quaint and personal.

We spent the day enjoying the beach. So relaxing to just lay on the beach, go in the water to cool off, have a couple of g&t's and enjoy the warm weather. We couldn't believe the number of beach umbrellas this year. What happened to our little beach?

Went to happy hour at The Beach Bar @ Playa Linda then off to Smokey Joe's for dinner. We split an appetizer of bon bon shrimp and half a rack of ribs. They were so good! We were so full! This is by far, our favorite place to eat. Will probably go back at least 3 more times.

We then called it a night. See! I told you it would be boring!
