I do! I really do enjoy being in the kitchen and creating meals that I know that I and my family will enjoy. I once booked a condo in Miami for several days after a drive tip to Barbados. There was not one knife in the kitchen! I went down to the reception area and inquired about getting one. I was told that there had been too many "incidents" and so knives were no longer stock items in the kitchens! My imagination ran WILD!

We have friends that bring their knives to Aruba. According to the woman, the knives provided couldn't cut a straight line through warm butter. Sorry about your husband's ear, but at least it isn't anything to serious.

Sorry about the ear and no diving, but glad to hear it's going well otherwise. The knives in my timeshare at Divi couldn't cut through soft butter, but I'm not much a of a cook so I can live with that
