Another lazy beach day
Went to baby beach and didn't get lost
Only one other couple there.
Water warm and calm compare to eagle beach
Drove to paddocks.
Nobody there but us. Sad, you can see they are struggling. Food was just ok
Of course we told them it was excellent and left a nice tip
Across we saw 2 NLC cruise ships. Few people walking on the deck
Down by the renn market empty. Very few people out
As for curfew you can feel it. Knowing you must be back home by a certain time

Are they working on the new resort above Baby Beach? It's supposed to be a Secret's resort. When we were at Baby Beach in Feb. they were working the grounds with heavy machines.

Your trip sounds great, love the view from your patio. Do you like the beach at Reflection's better than the beach at LaCabana? if so, may I ask why?

sometimes the lacabana employees rent a couple of rooms and bring family members just for a day outing.
that may explain no green bracelets as they have exceeded the room capacity.
this happens at numerous resorts, we noticed it at lacabana, playa Linda and renaissance ocean.
a great perk for employees.
but they are supposed to be following the guidelines that the government has set up.
please bring it to the attention to the security staff

Tracey Paul and I like the beach at reflexions better because...........the walk from the chaise to the ocean is less than 20 steps.
with his bad back walking in the sand is problematic.
I have been battling tendinitis in my knee for a month.
I do not see me walking at all over on Eagle beach when we are there in late Nov.
I do not want to aggravate it..it will be reflexions and baby beach for us, probably every other day.

Dinner last night was black pepper steak on the grill, grilled asparagus and Ceasars salad
Another big win at Hyatt 56.00. Lol
Took my winner's to renn market for some Dutch pancakes only to find out they now close at 2pm
Walked around the market place. Got a cup of DD coffee and
Mr Lou got his sugar fix apple spiced donut. Yuck
Talk to a local guy. Who informed us that he believes the island had a long way to go
Schools are open and he believes cases are going to go up
We went back to lacabana and walked around the pool looking for something to do
Maybe a movie.
We witnessed a high gatherings by the grill
App 25 people. Didn't notice anyone with the green bracelet
The kids were climbing all over the stack chairs
A few were going in and out of a ground room across from the grilling area
Very disappointing not one adult disciplined them
Back to our rooms we picked up Wendy's trash on the ground
Can't stand litter bugs

Just going to be a pool day
Nice and quiet
Plenty of chairs and umbrellas
Someone recommended an Italian place at Costa Linda.
Going there Tuesday.

Spoke to another local she thinks they may lift the curfew of cases stay down next week

Azzurro Italian is at Playa Linda
IMO it cannot compare with the Terraza Italiana on the rooftop at Paradise Beach Villas.
We have been to Azzurro a couple of times and it was good, but no wow.
I think the wow is next door on the roof.

Was taught by an Italian guy. The same one with the moonshine wine
Plus we can drink and walk across the road
Dinner is undecided. Been snacking on fried chicken wings at pool and 2p
Happy hour
Want a little nap, but curfew prevents me. Lol

if there is anything that the curfew may mess up for us it will be the naps.
the ones that come at about 4:30 pm after a log day in the sun.
those naps are necessary for us and after an hour nap, then a shower we are good to go at about 6:30. but 6:30 does not give us time for dinner AND the casino.
hmmmm such a dilemma.
