There is an Italian restaurant near Costa Linda too - it's called Elliotis. We have never been and don't know much about it, but I am wondering if that was the one you were thinking of earlier? There is also a pizza place right there too - Pizza Bob's. We liked the pizza there for an easy first night meal but nothing special, wouldn't call it an Italian restaurant, just a pizza place.

We’ve been to Elliotis. I thought it was good. The type of place you would go on a week night when you didn’t feel like cooking. Comfortable dining room with friendly staff and reasonable prices. The only thing that kind of threw me was that the red wine was served chilled! We experienced the same at Pizza Bobs. When I asked about it they said the wine spoiled too quickly in the heat. I would go back and order beer!

We ended up doing rum tasting. Way too much rum
Locally made. One had every type of liquor in it. Strong
Yes I bought that a watermelon flavor one. Need our fruit

Nap afterwards and slept through our reservation.

Sorry, Peg, I'm with Walt on this one. On the rare occasions I drink red, like it a bit chilled. :-)
Tell us more about the rum tasting. Is it a local event, does someone come to your room, with appointment, etc......
