Starting the report a little early to share testing/ed card process.
I went to get tested this morning at a drive up facility. They were BUSY. I had a NAAT test with the results back in about 15 minutes.
I completed my ED card, uploaded the test result, and paid the $30 for the flat rate insurance. Easy process. I instantly received an email confirmation with the green check mark and a bar code on the same page. I've downloaded and printed a few copies, along with the test result.
Interesting note about the printed ED card page: I guess they've transitioned from having the full ED card page with all the written info into this barcode. I think it's great and does away with having all your information printed.
I'm flying United. I'm aware that I can't fully check in online and have to show paperwork at the airport. In normal times, I always do my full check in online and just print my boarding pass at one of the kiosks at the airport (I never bother printing at home because - why waste ink?) lol. No big deal, I'll be sure to leave extra time for airport jazz.
