how do the kids like the zucchini instead of pasta? is it an easy sell?

Did our beach walk & clean up with two bags this time. Both almost filled! This time we found full unopened Balashi Chills scattered around. We left them at Julio’s hut for the guys J

Spent the morning at the beach, bingo, then at 3 I came up to cook. Made pasta, meatballs, Zucchini pocket (think gooey cheesy ravioli with zucchini instead of pasta), salad, caprese salad, garlic bread. Everyone came to our room for dinner then they left to go meet up with friends they made on the island. Makes me one happy chick!

Yes, I didn't bother to post the pics of today's gather. It was only one ziplock bag though....getting better!

The kids are ok with the zucchini, but I make sure there is enough of the pasta & meatballs for them. They just don't like the thought of it...the taste is fine. I slice it very thin.

Hey Jacki, if you remember, can you check and make sure there are kiosks to print a United boarding pass. someone told me there were but I want to be sure so when our guests leave, they have carry on. They can just print their boarding passes at the kiosk instead of waiting in line

We take a whole roll of those large black hefty garbage bags. every day my husband fills one between Arashi & the lighthouse with garbage. he walks along the coast to the dunes past the lighthouse and fills a black bag every day and I mean fills. but alot is coming in from the ocean, people aren't complete slobs and its probably more local than tourists cause where he goes tourists wouldn't go.

I love the beach (who doesn't?), anywhere that I can snorkel, The Donkey Sanctuary (much to the dismay of my daughter), the lighthouse.

I hope the rest of your vacation was memorable and fun. I am so sorry to hear about your parent's health struggles. My mom has backed out of our Aruba trip for the second year in a row. I am hoping that next year she will be ready again.

    Thank you for sharing.
