I know I'm not alone and telling you how honored I am that you chose to share this story with us. There is definitely something about the "mood" of this Forum that makes it easy to share and somehow know there won't be snarky or just downright mean replies (thanks to our two stellar security guards, Andrea and Walt!). It's one of the many wonderful things about this Forum.

We treat ALL in the manner we wish to be treated ourselves.
Still there are a few snarkisms, spam and subtle snottiness sometimes rears it ugly head but we all strive hard to keep things
    positive and friendly.
You all make this forum special.

I would love to be in the warm sun and beautiful beach.
Sue, I believe that the lobster is Carribean lobster. My husband loves all lobster. When we cruise, he always orders several on lobster night. He's had the lobster at Chalet Suisse before and looked forward to having it again this year.

I agree that this forum is a safe place. People are kind and polite. Even though I have only met a few people on this forum, I feel like I'm good friends with many of the members.

Thank you, Lisa. What a kind thing to say. I agree that Andrea and Walt do a wonderful job, setting the tone on this board. So many other boards seem to have people just waiting to attack people. I'm always amazed what's allowed on some of the other sites. It's so uncalled for.

Andrea, as I stated in aother post, you set the tone for this board when you became moderator, all those years ago. It's your diligence, along with the other moderators, that has continued to make this such a wonderful place.

Tuesday was a lather, rinse, repeat day. Since we only have one week at Costa Linda, we chose to spend the majority of our time just enjoying the resort. We stayed on the beach until time to get ready for dinner.

Dinner was at Aqua Grill in Palm Beach. We stopped there on the Kukuku Kanooku (sp)? wine tour last year. They served us a crab cake to die for. We live about 90 miles from the Chesapeake Bay, and are really picky about crab cakes. I don't usually order them down here or when we cruise because I'm usually disappointed. This one was fantastic. The chef came out and we talked for a few minutes. It turned out that he is from Delaware, along the Chesapeake Bay.

Last night, I ordered the crab cakes, which was really an appetizer, along with the squash casserole. Tom got grilled grouper. We asked and the server said that it was real grouper. I'm not sure, but it was thick like grouper, so maybe it was. He really enjoyed it. His meal came with sides, but he ordered the roasted fingerling potatoes to go along with it, and shared with me. Everything was delicious, and service was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

After dinner, we walked around Palm Beach for a while. I stopped into Azzurro to see if we could get a reservation for later this week. All they had were very early times or very late times, so we passed. I might try again next week. I stopped making reservations on line with them last year, when they started requiring a credit card, and put their late arrival/no show penalty in place,.
