It will be! I handed it to Victor when I turned in my towels and he was going to put it in the locked cabinet with the towels overnight!
My playlist is entirely BTS (South Korean band). But I also have a Spotify playlist that is all classical music. But that's not my vibe on vacation! I use that one at work.

Waddling........let's call it the "Manchebo swagger"

    What is on you playlist?
Mine is lots of ABBA, Streisand, Neil Diamond, Led Zeppelin, Frankie Valley 4 Seasons, Enya

Sitting with earbuds, singing and dancing in your lounge is just the norm...isn't it?

Just Google "BTS" (acronym of their long Korean name) and you'll have billions of things to read. Internationally, they are the most popular band and top most global music charts. Break records on a regular basis. Again, best I not get started or this will turn into the BTS Forum and Andrea will kick me off! LOL!

    End of Day Three:
Okay, the smoked lemon drop martini was a fun show to watch being made. It didn't taste any different than an unsmoked one! LOL!
I really liked Omakase but I'm probably not the best person to ask if you want to try it for sushi. I don't eat it! I've been wanting to try it and I enjoyed it very much. Had the Shrimp Tempura which came with a very interesting ginger-infused soy sauce. It was huge for an app - five huge shrimp. I could have (probably should have) stopped there. But no, I ordered the Yakisobi noodles with shrimp and steak. Also delicious but a very big portion. Made sure to eat the shrimp, steak and veggies first so mostly noodles left. My wonderful waiter (whose name I could not make out on his name tag) convinced me to use the free coupon for banana tempura even though I was already stuffed. It was really interesting. VERY crunchy crust with soft banana inside. If I were to go there again, I'd probably just do the shrimp and banana tempuras and skip the main course! I didn't do anything but the shrimp tempura the justice they deserved. I would recommend it; the TripAdvisor reviews of Chef Mylene's sushi creations are mostly five star. Best I can do for you on that front!
Lisa out for the night (and I really did the Manchebo waddle back to my room!)

Based on our July visit.... I think you and I are the vast minority turning towels back in. Most folks just seem to leave them on the beach!

I saw a few people returning them, mostly older like us (which unfortunately didn't surprise me). I also tend to turn in wet ones for dry during the day. And a nice dry one to take "home" at the end of the day!

Sushi isn't really my thing either so your dinner sounds great to me.

I can't believe some people don't take care of their beach towels (or trash or toys, etc.) At DV we get towel cards when we check in and exchange the card & room number for a towel at the hut. You can exchange your used towel or a clean towel during the week, and turn it in and get a card back before checkout. If you don't turn in your towel card when checking out, it's a $50 charge on your bill.

I'm enjoying your vacation from afar! Looking forward to more posts.

Yes, they should be banned. I have to admit I enjoyed myself a bit more because I knew they wanted me to sit perfectly still...which I didn't. But I'm getting down there early tomorrow to grab a first row palapa. Not because I care about that much but then I won't have to look at them!!

And yes, Walt, I mean my beloved Bangtan Boys. I have been a devoted fan and card-carrying member of ARMY since 2017. Actually do some work with reactors on YouTube and they are the real reason the laptop came with me this year. It's best not to get me started on my seven boys. I'm a walking encyclopedia. You may be the only one here that knows who they are! LOL!
Lisa, I love BTS also - I have a few of their songs on my Liked songs in Spotify - I love, love, love the asian culture and I watch a TON of asian shows on Netflix. I'm obsessed! Enjoying your trip report - your days sound so perfect, I relate to it so much! Keep enjoying and have fun girl!
