Hi gang! I'll make this short and promise more later or tomorrow morning.
It has been a very long but very wonderful first day. Arrived at JFK at 5am to basically an empty airport. Walt, you were right. First class was for me well worth the extra money. Everything from check in to walking out of Queen Beatrix was flawless, fast and easy. Check in at Manchebo just as easy. Unpacked and went down to Pega Pega for lunch. Chuck, they were out of Bright! But Nacio promised me more was coming. I hung out there for quite awhile and went to manager's cocktail hour. Peg, four vendors there. I have my eye on a couple of things but will wait until next Tuesday to commit. Back to room for quick shower and going downstairs to Ike's at seven. It's an absolutely gorgeous day here but very windy. I'll try to check in later but I'm super tired. Promise to do better tomorrow when I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed (what does that mean anyway?) Tomorrow will be a total beach day and then Priscilla arrives on Thursday. Later!!

Glad it was smooth sailing!!! Even when it’s easy, travel days are exhausting. I’m sure first class helped a lot. Get rested, settle in and enjoy!!!

That’s great all went nice & easy. Surprised about JFK being so empty, usually a zoo but it’s a Tuesday. Enjoy your first night!

Dinner was great. Awesome sunset. Going to watch gymnastics and then lights out. I'm wiped but so happy to be back here. And didn't give the office a thought today. If forgotten how to relax...it came back quickly! Night troops!

Welcome back to Aruba, Lisa!!! I imagine that when you stepped out of the airport, saw those palm trees, and felt the cool breezes, that a huge smile was on your face. I'm so happy for your.
So today is the day when you said you will be "bright" eyed and bushy tailed .... so I'm hoping they'll finally have some Amstel brights for you at the bar!

    Day Two
Slept great, up at 6:30. Went for a walk down to the Alhambra shops and grabbed a coffee and Danish at Juan Valdez. Came back and enjoyed both on my balcony. Sent Andrea a photo of my view. Another gorgeous day. Not too windy yet. Going to head down to the beach. Just going to "be" rather than "do". Dinner at Chophouse tonight.
