I will look for sure. Hoping we see you prior to 3pm, lol. This morning has been easier than usual as our alarm did not go off in the 2am hour....that is the benefit of the later flight- that said I would rather be on my way already but they did not have the early flight today as I mentioned. Our ride was early...it was the wife of the gentleman who always takes us....nice to officially meet his better half....she was very nice.

When we arrived at airport there was a crazy line like we have never seen before. CJ and I jumped into line as my wife was printing off our boarding passes. Glad I jumped in as there were about another 30 people who landed in the line before my wife finished up. Despite the huge line we got through in less than 30 minutes. Having the extra room seating allowed us to skip a giant line which was additional benefit for paying for the extra room.

They had several dogs at the airport working...my son thought it was great. We loved it as we did not have to remove our shoes-I know simple pleasures but it makes going through security less painful for sure. After making it through security we stopped at Legal Seafood for breakfast. They did an excellent breakfast and were nice enough to do my potatoes with no onions and they were yummy. A about an hour or so before we can board. Hoping to sleep well on the way down.

Tonight after check in- we will head over to the Ritz to have a late lunch/early dinner depending on how quickly we get out of the Aruba airport. My wife is already talking about it being an early night for her on day one....which my prompt me to walk to the Hilton to try and play some poker tonight but time will tell.

Yes they do. They open at 7am so we never get to dine there....it was very, very good. We ate at Pot Bellys last trip and it was so disgusting it was not funny. Just relaxing waiting to board.

Jay, what airport are you flying out from? We're flying JetBlue from Newark on Saturday.

I'm not Jay but if he had breakfast at Legal Seafood my guess he is flying out of Logan in Boston. Had breakfast there myself many times but my new favorite in Davio's (though they were closed the end of May when I was there)

LOL, thanks Ann. I don't think I've seen Legal Seafoods in Newark in the past.

Okay, just getting up and around now. Sitting on the patio and it looks like an amazing day! Yesterdays flight was uneventful- a little bumpy at a few times but nothing big. We landed a few minutes early and made it through security in NO time. In fact because we did the Jetblue testing and had the received full boarding we only had to show our letter and had a separate security line and we were 1st through security on the whole plan. Our bags were out pretty weekly minus CJ's but still not bad at all. We were out of the airport within about 30 min of landing so no complaints at all. We grabbed our duty free bottles and headed to our hotel.

Our taxi driver was nice as usually and gave him a nice trip and said "Merry Xmas a few months early" and he laughed. We usually fly down on a Sunday so I was surprised when he said the bill was only $31.

Now for the Boardwalk-OH MY does not even begin to describe what they have done with this property. It is amazing from the moment you arrive. It is now 100% secure to enter and has some really pretty gates to go though. The grounds are spectacular! The amount of greenery they brought in with all the plants, flowers, trees is shocking and it looks like this place has been around decades....not months. The rooms we are are so private. We were a little worried on the 1st floor that it would not be very private....our worries were gone in a second. The pools are nice, they redid the old one and put in a larger nice main pool in the new area. All the casitas are so unique....but I think we have found our new home away from home= casitas 320 and 318 would be it! We have 2 rooms for the 1st time and I don't see us turning back. My son has his own "apartment" connected to our room. He has his own patio, fridge, microwave, bed and bath area...much larger than I expected it to be. And our room is perfect!

Last night we dinned at the Divi Bar as usual. We had a combo of Gregory and our great friend Jensen assisting us. Dinner was good- just some burgers and wings...but they were excellent.

After connecting with our friends a bit I took the family back to the Casita around 8pm or so. I went out to gamble and left another donation. Off to bed early and get a great sleep as the bed is so comfortable. Going to the beach in a few I would think....need to get my son out of bed 1st though, lol.
Trip 33 begins on July 15.

Hoping that your casino visits are better than CP's.

Have fun and thanks for sharing.
