    Sunday 12/9:

Sunday barbecue in Aruba. Off to New Wei Tai. They really poor on the food for 17 florins. Love watching the women swing the clever.

Got our now everyday beach time at Eagle and then headed downtown for the grand opening of the Wind Creek Crystal and Seaport Casino. We went to the Crystal. Basically they put down new carpet and repainted, from what we could see. The reds and gold are gone in exchange for grays and blues. Still seems dark in there, but a welcome improvement. There were a few newer machines setup, but many weren’t working yet. It appeared that they weren’t quote ready for the grand opening yet. Bar
service was understaffed too and the men’s room was still under construction. The bride went to use the ladies room and a local woman was coming out and warned her that there was no tissue paper...true story. Oh, and we also made a donation. Hopefully they’ll get their act together.

Came back to the condo for a late night snack and crashed.

    Monday 12/10:

Another relaxing day at Eagle. Went to the Glitz for quite awhile. The bride likes it there because she says that she gets to play the longest there while losing the least. Great strategy. Stopped at Peta Peta for happy hour and then on to the movies. We had planned at stopping at Alfie's for a bite but got side tracked at Peta Peta. Hope to get there tonight...

We’ve never gone in the Islander Grill, but have had a couple of items from the bar menu at Pega Pega.

Where do you go typically at Eagle? The area around Costa Linda seemed nice sometimes, other times it was cruise ship.crazy.

We're usually across the street from Oceania, where it's less crowded and in front of a roped off swimming area, to avoid the jet ski/boating traffic.

    Tuesday 12/11:

Pretty much a rinse and repeat day in the afternoon. Stopped by Pega Pega for a beverage at happy hour. We went to Alfie's at Palm Beach. Had a couple orders of chicken wings. Our comments are in the Alfie's opens a second location thread.
