Like most days in Aruba, sometimes ya just go with the flow. Today was one of those days. We slept in a bit - hubs also seems to have a cold/not feeling great - so we took our time this morning. Went to Superfoods as mentioned, then went to Lucy's for Taco Tuesday as planned annnnd, that's when it all unraveled. Lol. We were headed back to the car when I said "I wanna stop in Kay's just to see..." and the next thing I knew, I was buying two bracelets and a ring. *sigh* Hubs helped talk the guy into giving me a GREAT deal, but still. Wasn't planning on spending that kind of money at all, let alone on myself. Anyway, the pieces I got are amazing and I regret nothing!! We pick up the ring tomorrow.
After I melted my credit card, we came back to the Airbnb , changed into our suits, grabbed the snorkel gear and decided to hit up Boca Catalina for a bit. We saw some super cool fish, including a couple lionfish. We (I) dragged ourselves out of the water, dried off and headed to Arashi for a bucket o' Balashi and some snacks. Got back to the Airbnb and hubs took a nap. I floated in the pool and listened to "Aruba Music". He's awake now and we are gonna toss the lamb chops and beef skewers on the grill here shortly. Just taking it easy tonight and not spending any more money so my credit card can breathe again before I shock it again...
Also, the "no see ums" are out en masse. They've already snacked on me more than I realized. *sigh *
