Whew - We made it!
We flew in from Chicago on a direct flight on American. Thanks to all of the help from the great folks on this forum, we had all of our documents ready and the process through the airport was super easy. Our flight was probably about 1/3 full only and in talking with the flight attendants, they said that has been pretty typical the last few months. We were originally booked on the United direct flight but they cancelled on us a few months ago so we moved over to American. With all of the issues, we wanted to be in the airports as little as possible. Had a slight delay out of Chicago since the plane had to be de-iced, but then we were on our way!
From the time we got off the plane until we met Bully in the pick up area was only about an hour, and that included a quick stop at duty free, which had fully stocked shelves today!
Check in at the Divi Phoenix was also very quick - we were the only ones in the lobby. We asked at the desk and they told us that occupancy was only about 50%.
Grabbed a quick dinner at Pure Beach right at the Divi and the up to the room to catch the rest of the football games.
Now, going to head to bed early and get a good nights sleep!
