Slept in like most Sundays. We both took care of some stuff this morning, someone came up to borrow my sewing kit, Stu talked with a friend while I worked on pictures, and then headed to the pool by 10 or 1030-reading and chatting. We met some friends on the beach for awhile before lunch. We both went up for lunch and then back down to the pool and we were sooned joined by our friends who were on the beach was very, very windy and the sand was biting. We headed up after 4:00 to clean up for dinner and relax. We headed down to Palm Beach with plans to walk around and get pizza at Amore Mio. However, the skies had a different idea and we made a dash for dinner. We ordered fried polenta to compare it to fungi fries. I had a Quattro Formaggi and hubby had the Vegetariana. Both were good and we had leftovers. The service was excellent. Since it was crowded, we just headed back to the car. My plan for the night is labeling pictures and reading.

I woke before my alarm with plans to walk this morning, but mother nature had other plans as it was pouring when I got up. Did my normal morning stuff, and worked on picture before running errands and some grocery shopping. Of course it cleared up, but some areas had huge puddles. Our friends said it poured later in Malamok.

I also filled up the car. It used to cost me $60fl now it's $75fl. It think the price was 2.438 per liter which is around $5.12 a gallon US.

I worked on the pictures and texted with a friend after lunch before taking care of something else. Too much going on for a pool day, but we did get to see some friends.

Dinner was chili I had frozen and thawed.

Not much to say today. Errands and grocery shopping. FYI-do not go to Lings at lunch time. They seem to do a huge takeout business. The parking lot was packed and the line for lunches was backed up close to the entrance.

Stopped at the pharmacy near the hospital. I thought I had left more of my allergy meds here than I actually did. I checked out the price at the place next to SuperFood and thought it was high. The place near the hospital was a little less. I did notice they did not have anything in their medicine vending machine.

Came back and read and worked on pictures. I was going to go to the pool, but it cloudied up again. I did watch them finish one of the tower cranes. I'll post a few pictures later. I am also waiting to hear from my friend as her daughter was induced this morning.

There were three very large ships in today. One of my errands took me close to the port. Between the three, it they could have held close to 10,000 guest.

I will try to do it tomorrow or Friday. I forgot about the massage. I'll do it over the next few days if the weather gets sunnier.

It has really be rainy the past few mornings. The plan for today was go out and walk, do some laundry and head to the pool before going out for dinner. Nature had a different plan. I started to rain first thing and then it seemed like every time I wanted to go out, it started to get dark or spit. I ended up spend the day on the computer, reading, texting or sitting on the balcony. We called my sil to wish her a happy bday and the three of us talked for awhile.

Dinner was at Barefoot with friends. It really cleared up and it was a beautiful night. All 4 of us had a different fish dish and some of us had dessert. Everything was wonderful. There was a lot of noises, mostly motorcycles revving from out front of people celebrating the holiday. We came back and hubby basically dared me to jump out the side of our friend's jeep, so I did. He videoed it. Not my most elegant way of leaving the jeep.

Glad all was wonderful at Barefoot. We loved the food there the last couple of years and felt like it got better and equal to the ambiance.

Boring day. Read in the condo. Worked on picture-2010 is done. I was raining again this morning. I did upload the video of me climbing out the "window" of the jeep last night.

I decided I needed to do a PriceSmart run and wanted to do it before it got busy, but I was messaged that our niece had emergency appendectomy last night which led to me letting the kids know about their cousin.

The downtown area looks nice as they get ready for the royal visit on Monday. I was able to take two pictures on my way back. I arrived back at the condo around 11, and by the time I walked from the elevator to my fridge, the power went out on the whole island. I am very grateful I was out of the elevator when the power went out.

After lunch, I walked down and hung out with friends at the pool until the power came back on. I went back to the condo to reset clocks, restart the dishwasher, flush toilets, etc and to text our niece. Stu was done with his appointment and we headed to the pool until 4:00. Then it was just cleaning up and making dinner, etc.

I'm going to just get caught up online tonight and work on pictures, etc.
