No, Andrea. I stayed far away. When we went for dinner last night, I saw they still had parts of what was set up taken apart, but still lying on the pavement.

Yesterday. Woke up to find that we finally received our video and pictures from our trip in November-we should have had it before Christmas. This is something the cruise company gives us. After playing with the pictures and whatsapp messaging people from the trip for over an hour, I made a quick trip to SuperFoods. I finally found some Gentleman Jack for hubby for his bday this coming Thursday. Headed back to see the guys off on their fishing trip with the Driftwood. After they left, a quick trip to ASD and Romar, then back to sneak in and hide the Gentleman Jack, before heading to the pool where I just spent time socializing. The guy I helped the day before was doing well and finally got the bleeding to stop, even though it still really hurts. Shower, emails, and some association business kept me busy until we left at 640 for dinner at the Driftwood with one couple. I drove this time, so no climbing out of jeeps. The guys caught two Kingfish and it was prepared 4 different ways-garlic, Arubian, pan fried and grilled and each type came with its own sauce on a large family sharing platter. Our sides came on our plates-mixed veggies and a choice of rice or baked potato. The 6 of us had a great time and there were very few full tables when we left the restaurant. The weather was an improvement over the weekend, but still cloudy at times.

Thank-you. But I don't think I was doing any special, just being kind.

Andrea, I spoke to a guest here told me she and her husband went downtown and saw the royal family. They walked along and talked with the people. Schools were out for the day and the kids lined the streets waving flags greeting them. She said it was very nice.

Yesterday, we woke up to sunshine(today to partial clouds and wet pavements). Worked on some stuff in the condo until our insurance agent came by. He is such a nice guy and fun to talk with because he is very informed. I went out to finish the grocery shopping I did not do on Monday and was back just after noon. Lings was packed. The parking lot was a zoo. Getting there after 11 is something I really need to avoid.

Hung out at the pool reading until my Kindle's battery was down to 8% and talking. Friends of our came in on Sunday and we sorta got caught up. There are a few new month or more guests here now and I am getting to know them. I headed upstair around 430 and the guy was there to install the microwave. He is someone we know and hung around to 7:30. Dinner was whatever we pulled out of the fridge as I didn't clean up until after he left.

I spent the night finishing up m pictures from 2011, moving stuff around to start 2012 and finishing the book I was reading.

Yesterday. Stu and I went to Diana's for breakfast. We dined outside since it was nice. She is in Old Molen aka The Windmill. I had a pineapple and cheese pancake and Stu had a Farmer's without ham. Both were very good. A cat came over and the server said that last week she was very pregnant, but over the weekend she must have had the kittens even though they don't know where. I shared my pancake with her since she needs food more than I do.

You can read about Our Condo to see how we spent the rest of the morning.

After lunch I needed to take some pictures on the grounds, and spent time talking with some guests and friends. Headed back in and took care of some stuff. Dinner was at home.

Today: AKA Stu's birthday. Both of us took care of things we needed to do on the computer and then went to get the tile we will use. It took a lot longer than expected as they were very busy-more in condo postings.

After lunch, we spent a few hours at the pool reading and talking and dozing off.

Dinner was at Tango Argentine Grill. We shared a carpaccio which was good. I had a filet and Stu had the Tenderloin Churrasco. We both found the steaks to be tasteless. They were cooked to our doneness level. They brought a piece of flan over as a piece of bday cake.

We came back and spoke with our younger son who called during dinner. It was so good to hear his voice. With him working overnights and sleeping during the days, it is difficult to find time to talk. However; he left his job and is starting a new one next week. He is thrilled and we are happy for him, but I am a concerned because they recommended he get a bullet proof vest since he is working overnights as an EMT in Atlantic City. He will also be trained on a critical care truck in another community.
