Ummmmm....... Are we there yet?
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the best of men!
Yes CP we are here. Landed 1:34. Had lunch, talked with friends and currently unpacking. More details later.

I am so tired-we were up at before 430 and everytime I dozed off on the plane, something woke me. I donated blood yesterday and it probably made me even more sleepy today. My back hurts, but it was 84 here and 15 at NJ. It's good to be "home in Aruba".
We spent some time in the lounge and arrived at the gate 4 minutes after boarding supposedly started, but they were already up to group 8. I guess they started early. We board and took our seats and then a lady came up and told me I was in her seat. Somehow we were both assigned the same seat on a not full plane. I wasn't moving. We were done boarding early, but could not leave the gate early because the jetway was frozen to the plane and they and to unfreeze it. Easy flight, a bit bumpy but nothing crazy. We landed at 1:34, but two other planes landed right before us-1:20 and 1:23. However, the lines moved quickly and we were in a taxi by 2:12. There were a lot of kids on the planes, which surprised me. I guess people are just going to travel or schools are virtual.
We love the new furniture, but we think we want to move some stuff around. Went to Terraza and split a pizza but not before visiting with friends. Came back and visited with other friends. Then the unpacking started. It's was much more involved this year because we shipped down a ton of bedding and towels and everything had to be moved. Our son and his gf left liquid detergent in the owner's closet and there must have had a pinhole in it. What a mess. We watched the sunset and then decided to go to Salt and Pepper for dinner. We discovered out son did not put the trickle chargeron the car and the battery was dead. No lights, no remote door locks, nada. We walked to the Tiki Bar at PBV and had salads for dinner. Walked back and worked on the kitchen while Stu asked a neighbor to jump us and they got the car started. It's on the trickle charger now.
Tomorrow hopefully the car will work and we will go to breakfast and shopping-the list is long, very long-3+ columns on college ruled notebook paper.
Glad you arrived safely. Bummer about the car but it will be fine tomorrow. Sleep well in warm Aruba- it's 16 degrees here.
Great news today, your trip report and no covid testing for Feb. travel. 10° here this morning in Jersey. Even the sun ran away, its so cold.
