    The rep grabbed my check-in bag for me off the luggage conveyor, walked me up to the US customs door, there were only a 2 other people there and they were already with a UC customs person, so no one was in line ahead of me at that time. The rep could not go with me through US customs, once she saw the US customs person she nodded then left to go into another door and I met her there after I cleared UC customs. Not sure if I would be sent ahead of the line if it was long. That's a good question and I would ask them in the future.

    I think that with a wheelchair escort, you get through very quickly.
