A thank you and a request for more.

Thank you, may we have more?

We have been very fortunate that over the last few weeks we have been able to have a few "Aruba Stories" that have kept us smiling and have helped us to realize that Aruba is absolutely A-OK to visit.

We have read of empty beaches with lots of space between other beach goers.
    Quiet airport.
    Restaurants with great physical distances.
    Blue skies.
    Tourists being respectful.
Rates on accommodations have probably never been lower.

Grateful residents with smiling faces always saying "welcome back and thank you."
Your mental health is screaming for a break.
The beach just might be the ticket .

If you are on the fence and have no especially good reason for not going (such as illness or immune system compromised) then give it a 2nd thought . Do what you feel comfortable with. Chances are you will never see the island as quiet and tranquil as it is now.

Reread the Aruba trip reports - My Aruba Stories and live vicariously thru other's words.
Then write your own "My Aruba Story." We are ready to read more!!!

My son and his gf who are very concerned with the virus and leaving for Aruba on Saturday until Nov. 24. We had planned on going Dec. 12-19 and then Jan. 4-March 4, but are trying to work out with the previous owners to switch their this year's usage with next year's usage and just stay from Dec.12-Mar. 4. We feel comfortable going. We may end up doing what we do here, but we will be there.

It was a dream to be on the island for the 2 weeks we were. It was so safe and every single person we saw was so very thankful for our return.

My husband and I just booked our flights to visit Aruba Sept 10-20th. All of the information shared on this forum regarding the testing requirements has been so helpful. We've especially enjoyed the trip reports as they describe this as a very unique and tranquil time to visit Aruba. We also embrace the opportunity to support the island's economy because Aruba has given so much to us over the years.

I am going on a secret trip to Aruba. If I told my panicky family that I was leaving my house for more than exercise and groceries, they would be panicking and calling me every hour and telling me I'm crazy.
