I think they are sometimes waiting for containers to come in with materials. When we were there I noticed periods of little progress and others of a lot of progress.

You really need to stay longer on the island. Your trip reports are way to short.

I agree! My next report will be a little longer but nothing like yours. My last thought before I go to bed is the Ritz needs to "fix" their entertainment before they lose me as a casino customer. Today was the second night that the entertainment was so loud it made my head hurt. I voiced my displeasure to 3 different managers before going home early because the singer was just way to loud. I love everything about the Ritz but this was 2x this week it bothered me. I never complain about anything at the Ritz and I complained 3x today - not only did I complain I wrote a rather scathing review on TA as well so the higher ups get the message as well....it was that bad IMO!

Why do they have a singer in the casino? How distracting to folks trying to give their money away. I agree your trips are too short

A singer in the casino?! I don’t think I would like that. My thing with the Ritz casino is when they have bingo they don’t have enough tables for the players so they then take over the seats at the slot machines making it difficult to get on a machine.

how can one concentrate on their cards or their dice and maybe even the slots with music blaring?

the music "noise" at the Marriott casino used to get to us.
now we just play earlier before the music starts up.

I don't like it either. It seems that entertainers at weddings, events, etc have to blare their music so loud you can't talk to the person beside you. I don't know if it us getting older or entertainers getting more stupid that makes it so bad, but I'll stick with the entertainers being stupid.
