I do have to say, when traveling with small kids being close to the water is very important (for us).
In any case, enjoy your stay and don't stress...you're on vacation!
Holiday Inn also start charging for palapas. $30 per palapa and $15 if you taking after 3:00PM

Lunch was at O’Neil’s Caribbean kitchen in San Nicolaas. Great food, I had the curry goat.
Getting back through downtown was tough with all the traffic. The remainder of the afternoon was spent relaxing around the resort.
Dinner was at Redfish where I had my favorite shrimp.

    Wednesday (moving day)

Spent a few hours on the beach before checking out. Check out was quick then I made a stop at Superfoods for a few items for the condo.
The Oceania property is BEAUTIFUL. The studio is spacious with a great view. Sitting on the balcony and taking in the views….thinking about you know what…DINNER. (Help!) lol
Loving your trip reports, Bri! Sounds like you are having a blast!

Dinner tonight was at Bohemian. Wonderful!! It’s a cute restaurant (open air) with cool music. The servers wear jeans, white button ups and overalls. The guys wear cool hats. The onion soup and lamb shank were delish. Bonus: leftovers! They make a good and strong Mai Tai. Yum!

Love a good strong Mai Tai! Last trip I had one at the Amsterdam Manor Bar. The Bartender there Peter is really good who Amy recommended. Not sure which nights he works. I was there on a Thursday from 5 to 6.
