Sorry to hear that it seems geared for families more in the Olive Garden mood. Is there anywhere that serves true Italian food (Parma/Bologna as opposed to southern Naples/Sicily) in Aruba? I've been looking for a while, with hit and miss meals. Suggestions VERY much appreciated.
We eat in Hostaria almost every time we are in Aruba (2 to 3 times per year) and by far it is one of the best Italian restaurants on the island. Definitely tops Giannis. We were just at Hostaria a couple of weeks ago and food was excellent again though I will say the staff a bit off this time. Many of them are new. Wonder if Patrizia's stole the more experienced staff members????
