The Government of Aruba has made the difficult, but necessary decision to mandate a suspension of all inbound travel to Aruba by non-residents of Aruba effective Monday, March 16 and ending March 31.
Our thoughts are with all those who have been affected by COVID-19. As the collective global citizenship does their part to curtail the spread of COVID-19, Aruba is no exception.
For Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives guests that are scheduled to arrive between March 16 and March 31, the resort will cancel and refund the stay without penalty. For reservations scheduled for arrival April 1 – April 30, reservations may be adjusted to new travel dates through December 21,2020 without penalty or may be canceled subject to a one night penalty, which will be issued as a credit. Guests must rebook their new travel by September 1, 2020 for travel dates through April 30, 2021. Please note that a difference in rate may apply.
Guests who have made their reservations through another company or travel agent, please contact them directly for assistance.
Resort and property management operations will remain open to service guests currently staying at our properties. Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives’ top priority has been the health and wellbeing of our guests and team members – we know that this decision has a broad impact far beyond our operations. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this rapidly evolving situation.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba in the near future. Every guest is very important to us as we know this is a challenging time and we are ready to assist you.
