Since 1980, and throughout the many changes, we still love going downtown in Oranjestad.

    Hilton's all-suite hotel in Aruba.

    Good afternoon,

Below is the headlining article in today's Caribbean Journal.

Hilton Just Opened an All-Suite Hotel in Aruba (caribjournal.com)

This is the second Aruba hotel feature in less than a week. No editorializing here, just a basic observation.

Anybody booked or thinking of booking this place?

Enjoy the rest of your day.

I looked at booking there for about a minute. Too expensive, no beach to speak of. I dunno, just not where I want to spend my hard-earned money or vacation.

I want to grow my own food, but I
    can't find any bacon seeds...

I know it’s crazy how high rates have gone. Could be why people are taking shorter vacations.

That was 30 seconds longer than I did

I put in our next travel dates, least expensive room. Total was only $21,801...and change.

    Re Bird Sanctuary
The Embassy Suites “allegedly” moved in on some of the bird sanctuary property.
It went to the courts but apparently the hotel won and birds lost.
THINK.. is it Thoughtful? Helpful? Inspirational? Necessary? Kind? sidtm
