So, I sent a second email to the Ritz regarding my question on beach cabana pricing. My previous email has gone without response. Starting to rethink my decision to stay there. May end up rebooking somewhere else.

Their email service should be better IMO and its not something that should be an issue IMO. I have used that general email before and it took longer than I would have expected for a response.

I am totally surprised at the lack of response. We’ll see what happens. Plenty of time to keep my options open.

As advanced as they are with their service their email system stinks. I get the idea it goes to a general email and they forward it along to the "appropriate" person but that person may be on vacation etc....dumb system but I have had nothing but positives staying there and if my budget allowed me to travel as often as I wanted and afford to stay there I would always stay there.

I totally get it. My niece and her family had nothing but fabulous things to say about the Ritz. However, I was on the fence about booking and their lack of response does not work in their favor. My reason for choosing the Ritz was I like the casino and want to try Casa Nonna. I can still do that if I find somewhere else to sleep.

You certainly can. I dine and gamble there all the time without staying there. Now when I stay at the Boardwalk across the street I not only get 20% of meals at the Ritz and a free palapa on Ritz beach- plus I also get more space for much less cash which I use to the savings to gamble and dine at the Ritz. I love the pasta at Casa Nonna- the Chicken parm is good but the pasta is out of this world IMO.

Peg have you considered the Tradewinds Area at Marriott Stellaris? I believe they have cabanas at their adult pool, and the Tradewinds guests can access a dedicated area on the beach. If you are looking for a place with a cabana that could be an option.
