No refund due to Aruba being shuttered? Here is contact person.

The ATA (Aruba Tourism Authority) has provided a person to act as a liaison for those that did not receive a refund
from a timeshare, condo, house rental that was cancelled due to Aruba being closed to tourists.

    Her email is
    k.richardson@aruba.com

There are no promises made or implied.
Contact Ms Richardson if you are one of the many that did not receive a refund.

I agree. I think it’s great that they’ve at least taken the time to acknowledge the issue. Hopefully, folks will get some help with this.

Saw the "canned answer" from Kimberly Richardson (someone who rented a timeshare posted her response elsewhere.) Basically, just saying sorry, it's a personal contract between two parties. The response was more of a piece to smooth feathers so that people who are not getting a refund do not have a sour taste in their mouth about Aruba. Marketing 101. Feel bad for the renters that this was even initiated and it gave them hope when there was none to begin with - just a rabbit hole. Small claims court is their only recourse.
