    Any recommendations for a Property Mgt company?

    We have a house in a nice residential neighborhood that we plan to retire/stay in a couple of years. We need a GOOD company that is on top of any issues and does a good job screening potential long-term (e.g. 1 -2 yr) tenants.

    Does anyone have a recommendation?

    We use Prestige. We are very pleased with them with our short term rentals. They take care of all repairs, bills, etc. for us.
