Strept throat and ear infections are certainly miserable but I'm so glad that it isn't covid. When I used to teach, I occasionally caught strept from the kiddos. He should feel considerably better by tomorrow. I'm glad that you have a pool to enjoy today.

Glad you got Paul to Urgent Care. While strep and an ear infection are not fun, I’m so happy it’s not COVID. I’ve heard great things about Beau Rivage. The company I had worked for had frequent committee meetings there and staff always looked forward to staying there. Hope Paul gets some time to enjoy it.

Peg, you and Tom should check out Beau Rivage and all of the casinos in Biloxi. Probably not as much glitz and glamour as Vegas, but it is on the Gulf Coast and sits on the beach.

We’ve talked about it but the lure of comped rooms and dining bring us back to Vegas. I booked a ten day Vegas trip for October. The first half will be at the Venetian and then we’re branching out to the Red Rock Casino Resort which is near the entrance of Red Rock Canyon. The thing that holds me back from Biloxi is the distance from the airport. Seems like we would need to rent a car?

    Agree with Walt Ms Peg.
I do not know if you are an MGM player card person.
    The hotel is lovely.
Neighborhood much like AC but the beach is nicer.

The sick one just hit for $800 and went back to bed.
    (on 88 fortunes)

    I am still about even.

    raining no pool for me

Happy for the “sick one”!! Bet that 88 Fortune Hit made him feel better. Look for the new Crazy Rich Asian machine. I would be curious if they have it. Definitely looks fun to play.

The perks include transportation to and from Gulfport airport which is 20 min ride to Biloxi.
I rented a car for 24 hrs today $75 to get us to urgent care and then to Target later to buy us each sweatshirts cuz we r freezing. Sweatshirt here is $165. I will NOT pay that.
There is also a trolley that makes stops at each casino.

I think the MLife players card is one of the few we don’t have. We have Venetian/Palazzo; Caesar’s; Cosmopolitan and Wynn cards. I also just signed up for the Boarding Pass at Red Rock for our October stay.

Was airport transport part of your package deal? In Vegas a lot of the resorts have discontinued their airport transports because of COVID.
